Background and Aim: One of the methods of banks to reduce outstanding claims is to grant new facilities, which of course has always been a subject of discussion. The purpose of this article is to examine the legal status of contracts for granting new bank facilities in order to settle previous facilities. Method: The present paper is descriptive and analytical using the library method. Ethical Considerations: In all stages of writing the present study, the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness have been respected. Results: In order to settle the previous facilities, banks conclude new partnership agreements with the borrower with the aim of settling the previous facilities. At the end of the contract, the borrower does not have the ability to settle the loan. The bank or credit institution will charge interest and late payment penalty and draw up a new contract under the title of civil partnership and settle the old loan amount. Civil partnership contracts are known as one of the most widely used banking contracts, which the bank concludes to grant facilities to individuals. In fact, according to many experts, Islamic banking is that people share in profits and losses proportionally by concluding a partnership contract. In such facilities, the share of the partnership in the partnership contract is usually not deposited into the account of the civil partnership account, and this amount is taken to clear the debts of the debtors. Conclusion: Contracts for granting new bank facilities in order to settle the previous facilities are correct if they should not be formal and due to reasons of force majeure and in fact, they are illegal, while this is not the case.

In the banking industry, one issue that must always be considered by the credit policy makers is risk management. Among various risks which banks are dealing with, credit risk is most important. It is caused by the losses of disability or lack of tendency of borrowers to pay their credit obligations. To manage and control the mentioned risk, classification systems are undeniable requirement. Such systems, according to existent documents and information, determine the class of customers. It is evident that use of these systems helps bank to choose customers in a good way and through the control and reduction the credit risk, improves efficiency level of providing bank facilities. In This research artificial intelligent based classification model consist of support vector machine is used to predict bank legal customers financial performance. Indeed, in this paper SVM is used with other mechanisms like F-score and Grid search to increase the accuracy of the model and classify the legal customers. The results justify the improvements in the classification accuracy and demonstrate that SVM can provide the better accuracy than other models.

Archeology is the scientific study of human activity through the recovery and analysis of the remained material culture. The prerequisite for the development of archeological knowledge in the country is access to equipped laboratories, hiring experienced specialists, and expanding national, and international cooperation. Due to rapid advances in instrumental analysis, relevant people in the fields of art and archeometry should be aware of the advantages and limitations of different types of instrumental analysis. In this paper, facilities and research opportunities in analytical archeometry using natural science in Iran are presented and discussed. To introduce the technical capacities of the country in this field, the available equipment and facilities for performing nuclear analysis techniques and their related data analysis are investigated. Moreover, to identify the materials used in the cultural heritage samples and to determine their origin, characterization of some of these samples has been done using nuclear analysis methods. The activities performed in this research include X-ray and neutron imaging of the structure of an ancient jar belonging to the early Qajar period, elemental analysis of miniature in an ancient manuscript using elemental analysis method, investigation of the golden threads in the precious carpet belonging to the Safavid period using elemental and structural, and elemental analysis of luster tiles belonging to the Kashan using elemental analysis. The results of this research show that the existing technical capacities in the country can provide new opportunities for archeologists to understand the nature of the cultural heritage samples in more depth and to provide more accurate analysis of the investigated samples.

Valfajr 4 operations took place in 1983 on two operative axes in the northwestern regions of the country in mountainous areas with the involvement of Sepah forces in collaboration with the Islamic Republic Of Iran's Army. In this article hygiene section in various fields is being discussed: Food hygiene, environmental hygiene and hygienic training, psychological health and preventive health before, during and after the operations. In this discussion weak points and expediencies are assessed and finally some proposals for improving the hygiene section of forces in operations are made.
